Who Are We?

At Connecticut Valley Homes, we design and build homes for you to live in and love. We use the extensive experience garnered from building over 1700 homes to ensure that the home building process is simple, organized and rewarding. Our award-winning prefab homes feature brand names like Kohler and Cambria solid surface countertops, and are strong, durable and beautiful. We exclusively use off-site, modular construction, which offers clients an opportunity to efficiently build a custom prefab home with ease, in less time and of superior quality.

Why do we do what we do?

The work we do, the services we provide, the houses we build, well, they aren’t houses. We build homes. Homes to which newborn babies come home, in which first steps are taken, first bus rides, high school graduations, first kisses, weddings…these events happen in the homes we build. These are moments created in the spaces we have designed. These are moments we dream of, cherish, promise never to forget. These are amazing things.
