Awarded the 2020 Excellence in Home Design Award for 2001-3000 square feet, this modern farmhouse was custom designed by KT2 Design Group and built for a young family in Jamestown, R.I. Connecticut Valley Homes received three awards from the Building Systems Council (BSC) of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Two of their custom-designed homes received the Jerry Rouleau Awards for Excellence in Home Design, one in the category of homes between 2001-3000 square feet and another for homes between 3001-4000 square feet.
The Modular Home Builders Association is the only national organization dedicated exclusively to serving modular home builders and manufacturers.
