We begin with a free consultation over the phone, via Zoom, or in person at one of our offices. During this meeting, you will meet your Building Consultant and share your vision for your new home. 

Together, we will evaluate if building a home with our company is a good fit for you. Our emphasis on open and effective communication helps set the foundation for a successful project.

Use one of our existing floor plans as a starting point, or design a custom plan with our in-house architect and drafting team. Our Design-Build process saves you time compared to the typical design, bid, and build process. 

Once you’ve finished the home design, we provide transparent, line-itemized pricing. Our expertise in construction costs helps ensure your design aligns with your budget, creating a home that meets your needs and financial expectations.
