We have recently completed new construction of a Haven Home through one of your affiliates: Connecticut Valley Homes located in East Lyme, Connecticut. Our new home has exceeded our expectations due to the professionalism and “white glove” treatment we enjoyed while dealing with Connecticut Valley Homes.
This was to be our retirement home and we were looking for the best value. We had invested three years researching builders in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts areas. We spent week-ends visiting showrooms or model homes, and talking to salesmen. We conducted internet searches and accumulated information about various modular home companies and stick builders in the Westerly, Rhode Island area.
Connecticut Valley Homes clearly became our final choice because of its high quality and value compared to competitors. The deciding factor in the sale, however, was your representative, Armand Guimont.
Mr. Guimont patiently and professionally explained your product and the building process to us more than once during that three year search. He never pressured us to close the deal. He seemed confident that his explanations of the quality construction of Haven Homes and demonstrations of the superior service offered by Connecticut Valley Homes would close the deal for him. They did.
We had custom plans and Armand assured us that Haven Homes could reproduce those designs. With his help and the design team affiliated with Connecticut Valley Homes, those original designs were not only executed, but enhanced! Armand’s experience with the Haven Home product, his attention to detail, and his sincere interest in our project produced a custom home that surpasses our original plans!
After interviewing several site contractors, we made another good choice in Dan Gaudenzi who was one of three contractors recommended by Armand as a builder familiar with modular construction. Dan continued the high level of professionalism we had experienced with Armand, and we were quickly impressed with his genuine interest in our project.
Dan studied our plans and suggested adjustments to accommodate the peculiarities of our site and further improved the design and construction of our home. He kept us informed, but Dan handled, solved and shielded us from the problems that surfaced with state and local regulations. He is an honest, fair, and skilled craftsman. His expert management of the site work partnered with Bob Howser’s expertise as Construction Manager for CVH absolutely convinced us that Dan, Connecticut Valley Homes, and Haven Homes were choices well made! Armand, Dan, and Bob always returned our calls promptly, always addressed our concerns, and always made us feel that they were “in our corner” to guarantee a high quality home.
Commitment to their clients and pride in the quality of their work seem to be the cultivated work climate in the Connecticut Valley Homes and Haven Homes team.
No tradesman or craftsman affiliated with Connecticut Valley Homes or Haven Homes disappointed us. From the workers on the line in Pennsylvania, the crew of men who delivered and buttoned down the modules on the site, to the crews Bob Howser and Dan Gaudenzi selected and supervised inside and out (special mention of the vinyl siding installer, Andy) --- your corporation’s team demonstrated only the highest level of professionalism and pride in its work.

Dear Michelle,
As per your telephone call last week regarding our home turning one year old, I must say we are totally enjoying living in our new modular house. We feel it is absolutely perfect and we would not change a thing. I especially love the kitchen/dining/living room area- I am able to be busy in the kitchen and not be isolated from the rest of the family.
As you may know, this is my second CVH home and I must say that I am even more pleased with the way this one came out. The help in the design that we received during the whole buying process took our ideas and made our custom house even better than we envisioned. It will be a perfect place for us to retire.
In answer to your query, after a thorough search, we have only one settling crack above the cellar door - roughly 10 to 12 inches long. That is it.

on your company after a great deal of research

The main

follows. A few weeks ago, we had a small
twister run through our neighborhood during
the recent bout of severe thunderstorms. I
