The Stratford

We love this house and so do more than a few of our customers. Compact, it wastes no space and rooms are generous in size. A laundry room in the middle of it's three bedrooms is a major time and labor saver. Enter by either the front door or (optional) garage, your large island kitchen is right there. This plan locates the major living areas at the rear to take advantage of that private back yard or view. A huge curved archway pass-through creates a dramatic architectural feature opening up the kitchen to the living room and back yard.
