Our townhouse multi-family plans have loads of “curb appeal”, use low maintenance specifications, and are priced to help put together a financially viable apartment or condominium project. Each plan contains the features renters and condo buyers are looking for such as sound control, easy to work in kitchens, adequate storage and open floor plans. Plans can be modified based on the building site, owner’s requirements and budget.
