A spacious 3-bedroom Cape with a delightful family room off the kitchen and his and hers closets in the master suite; a Ranch with an open floor plan, walk-in pantry and split bedrooms; and a Colonial featuring a gorgeous kitchen, crown molding and hardwood floors. A wheelchair ramp provides additional access to the Ranch and Cape Model Homes as well as the Design Center.*
  • Take as much time as you like on your self-guided tour. If you would like additional information, our knowledgeable home-building consultants will be available to answer questions.
  • Appointments are not required, but encouraged for those who want undivided time to get their questions answered.
  • Relax in our Design Center. Look through all your material and color choices: hardwood, carpet, tile, vinyl, Corian, Silestone, kitchen/bath cabinets, windows, lighting, faucets, etc.
  • Look through our large collection of exciting, well-designed floor plans, or bring your own. We specialize in designing custom floor plans to fit your lifestyle and budget.
